At A+ Credit Union, we offer you the convenience of a 24-hour touch-tone-teller our members named Ms. Penny. You access this friendly voice any time from any phone whenever or wherever you need it.
Ms. Penny can tell you about loan balances, payments, and due dates, share balances, and transaction history, dividends or interest amounts, our hours of operation and even do loan calculations for you. Need to transfer funds to a child at school in another state? Call Ms. Penny, all you need is the account numbers of both accounts and the personal identity numbers for each. You make the transfer when it's convenient for you.
You can even choose your own PIN or change it yourself on the phone. And if you forget it, you can select another just by calling or stopping in during regular business hours. We think Ms. Penny is a wonderful addition to our services and we hope you will too.
